Prior to joining the SGSA, Gavin was a Business Manager and Head of Financial Reporting at the Office of Gas and Electricity Markets (OFGEM) as well as Audit Principal at the National Audit Office. Gavin is a Chartered Accountant and has a degree in building surveying.
