Spectator accommodation

Spectator accommodation is any area of a ground or structure in the ground provided for the use of spectators; including all circulation areas, concourses and the viewing accommodation.

At grounds subject to SGSA licensing, clubs/stadium operators are required to inform the SGSA of any proposed changes to spectator accommodation at grounds where designated football matches are played, and which are covered by the SGSA licensing system.

We have produced guidance which outlines information on proposed changes to spectator viewing accommodation at clubs with SGSA licensed grounds subject to the all-seater policy and other SGSA licensed grounds.
